Moulded Elastomeric
Rubber Diaphragms
are tough, versatile dynamic seals that eliminate
virtually all of the limitations associated with other
sealing methods like U-cups, O-rings, metal bellows and
flat die-cut Rubber Diaphragms. They can withstand pressures to
6,000 psi (4.137 bar) over a temperature range from
-76°F to 626°F (-60°C to 330°C). We currently
manufacture Rubber Diaphragms ranging in size
from 0.1969" to 29.1339" (5 mm to 740 mm). |

Fabric-reinforced rubber diaphragms utilize a layer of an
engineered fabric material as part of the rubber diaphragms
construction. This layer of fabric give tremendous design
flexibility. A very thin-walled rubber diaphragms can withstand high
pressures while remaining very flexible and responsive to
minor pressure variations. |
|
Fabrics made of polyester, nylon and silk are commonly used
for most applications, with Nomex fabric used for those
applications exposed to high-temperature. For those
applications that require extremely high-strength,

offers our unique Tuff fabric. |

All types of elastomers, such as, nitrile, EPDM,
fluorocarbon, neoprene, silicon, fluorosilicone, can be

Type P Diaphragms - This
Rubber Diaphragms type, commonly referred to as dish-shaped,
has a sidewall that slopes gradually from the cylinder
to the piston. |

Type F Diaphragms- The
Type F is commonly referred to as the “top hat”
Rubber Diaphragms. It exhibits all of the benefits that are
associated with rolling diaphragms. |

Type FC Diaphragms - In this style of
Rubber Diaphragms,
the piston and the flange are moulded on the same
plane. |
 |
Type D Diaphragms - This
Rubber Diaphragms is the same as the Type F in all respects
except flange mounting. |

Type DC Diaphragms -
Similar in function to the Type FC
Rubber Diaphragms, while
the sealing and hardware designs are the same as the
Type D. |

Type O and Type OA Diaphragms -
The Type O Rubber
Diaphragms has no flange. An O-ring
is moulded to the bottom of the sidewall. The Type OA
diaphragms is second generation to the Type O. It fits
into identical hardware. |

Diaphragms has a
rectangular bead moulded inside the cylinder wall. |
